Japanese tea culture is a centuries old heritage that blends nature and the human spirit in a way that merges the most pure and refreshing elements of each. This classic form of Japan’s traditional arts promotes both the grace and health of its practitioners and this Summer we want to highlight these aspects for a global audience. We will hold a virtual event through which people from both inside and outside of Japan can gather to learn and share the appeal of Japanese tea culture: its making, its presentation, and its health benefits. We hope this event will be a stepping stone from this virtual introduction to real world experience and enjoyment of this timeless artform.
