This event features Kyomai dance as carried on by the Inoue School centered on the geisha district of Gion, Kyoto. Fifth head of the school Inoue Yachiyo leads some 60 Gion dancers in a program “dancing through the four seasons.” English brochures are available to make this sophisticated and beautiful performance enjoyable for overseas visitors.
