The cultural life of Niigata, one of the snowiest places in the world, where wisdom from the Jomon period has been passed down for generations. "Jomon Culture", "Taiko Drum Culture", and "Wealthy Farmer/Merchant and Snow Country Culture" are the three pillars of this event.
