34th National Cultural Festival—Niigata 2019 and 19th Niigata National Arts and Culture Festival for Persons with Disabilities

The National Cultural Festival, Japan’s largest cultural festival, will be held for the first time in the Reiwa era, which began in May 2019, in Niigata Prefecture. During the festival, various cultural events will be held throughout the prefecture to present the beauty of Niigata’s rich local culture to the world.
