2020 is the 1300th anniversary of the completion of the Nihon Shoki (The Chronicles of Japan), a text serving as the oldest official history of Japan, and the death of Fujiwara no Fuhito, known for his role in the establishment of Japan. In preparation for the attention that Japan will receive for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, this expo project will spread the history and depth of Japan and Nara Prefecture both domestically and internationally.
