25th Anniversary “Dogu” Exhibition
Part I of the exhibit presents all five clay figurines (dogu) from the prehistoric Jomon period that are designated National Treasures testifying to the worlds of art and prayer of people who lived close to nature in each location. The second part displays figurines discovered in Nagano and Yamanashi prefectures.
