This year, Memori Iwasaki, who exhibited a spectacular work at the last BIWAKO Biennale in the large room of the former Ban Family Residence, an designated cultural asset of the city, will also hold a workshop in advance using Biwa pearls and their shells, and will mainly exhibit her work. In addition, Hiromi Uno, who participated in 2020 and 2022 of BIWAKO Biennale and has fascinated visitors with her installations using stretch fabric, and Shimpei Kawai, who has participated since 2012 and has always produced astonishing exhibits, will collaborate in the production of artworks. Workshops will be held prior to the exhibition, and the participants' works will be incorporated into the exhibits. In addition, the work of saiho + Sayuri Hayashi Egnel, a masterpiece created at the last BIWAKO Biennale, will be exhibited at the same time.
